Regardless of the project size, Exlayer assigns a Project Manager(s). He/She remains the single point of contact for the customer, and maintains all relevant information and related tasks throughout the project life.

  • Confirmation that the customer requirements match the Exlayer proposals.
  • Any differences are identified and modifications made for customer acceptance.
  • Process procurement, purchase goods, receive/test goods, configure, asset track, deliver and gain customers acceptance.
  • Time and process management, including any relevant third party vendors.
  • Internal acceptance testing.
  • Customer acceptance testing.
  • Overall customer acceptance.
  • Customer satisfaction survey.
  • Management Review.
  • Improvements (if any).

Office Relocation

For those who are building a new office or planning an office relocation, we can provide consultancy and project management services. We have gained great experience on a number of office construction projects which involved interfaces with builders / carriers and customers.
